How to use the AIPodPal webapp

AIPodPal is an AI podcast studio in your browser. You create a podcast, record episodes with AI cohosts, edit the results, and publish to your audience.

The dashboard

After you log in, the Desk is your home. It shows:

• Your latest episodes
• Quick actions to record or edit
• A snapshot of recent numbers

Creating your first podcast

1. Sign up and confirm your email.
2. On the onboarding screen, enter your podcast name and topic.
3. AIPodPal creates your first podcast automatically.
4. You can add cohosts and set the podcast cover art from the Studio page.

Recording with Studio

The Studio is where episodes are made.

1. Open **Studio**.
2. Choose your podcast and a cohost.
3. Pick a format, such as solo, interview, or cohost conversation.
4. Start recording. Speak naturally. The AI cohost listens and responds.
5. When you are done, stop the recording and save the episode.

Editing an episode

1. Go to the **Edit** page.
2. Select the episode you want to work on.
3. Review the transcript and fix any mistakes.
4. Use the tools to generate highlights, show notes, captions, or clip exports.
5. When the episode looks good, click **Publish episode** to make it public.

Publishing and Channels

1. Open the **Channels** page.
2. Select a podcast and a published episode.
3. Copy your RSS feed and submit it to directories such as Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
4. Schedule or manually post clips to social channels.

Checking Numbers

Open **Numbers** to see:

• How many episodes you have published
• Play estimates
• Which episodes are performing best

Numbers update over time after you publish.

Settings

In **Settings** you can:

• Change your timezone and language
• Opt in or out of product updates
• Replay the onboarding tour
• Read help articles

Tips

• Publish your episode before you try to schedule it.
• Review AI-generated text before you schedule or publish.
• Use the same timezone for scheduling that your audience expects.
• Keep your podcast cover art square and at least 1400 by 1400 pixels for best results on directories.
