How to set up scheduling posts

AIPodPal helps you publish episodes on your own schedule. You can queue a release for a specific date and time, then copy the prepared text and links to your podcast directories and social channels.

What scheduling means here

Scheduling in AIPodPal creates a timed plan for an episode. When the scheduled time arrives, the episode is ready for you to finalize on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or X.

AIPodPal does not log in to those platforms for you yet. It prepares everything you need so you can paste it in quickly.

Before you schedule

Create a podcast in Studio.
Record or upload an episode.
Publish the episode from the Edit page. Only published episodes can be scheduled.
Open the Channels page and connect at least one channel manually, or copy the public RSS feed.

Schedule an episode

Go to **Channels** and choose a podcast.
Pick a **published** episode from the list.
Click the platform you want to schedule, such as RSS, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or a social channel.
Choose the date and time. AIPodPal uses the timezone in your Settings.
Click **Schedule release**.
The release appears as **pending** until you click **Approve**. Approving confirms you have reviewed the title, description, and links.

About platform delays

**RSS feed:** Updates as soon as you approve a scheduled RSS release.
**Spotify / Apple Podcasts:** These services read your RSS feed on their own schedule, usually within minutes but sometimes up to a few hours.
**Social channels:** AIPodPal prepares a paste-packet. You still paste it into the platform yourself.

Edit or cancel a scheduled release

On the Channels page, find the episode and its scheduled releases list.
Click **Delete** to remove a pending release.
To change the time, delete the old release and create a new one.

Troubleshooting

**My episode is not in the list.** Make sure the episode status is **published**, not draft.
**The time looks wrong.** Check your timezone in **Settings > Preferences**.
**My channel shows "not connected."** Add a manual connection on the Channels page first.
**The release time passed but nothing happened.** Make sure you clicked **Approve**. Pending releases do not go out automatically.
